Audio isn’t mixing under my podcast
- Start playback in Under FM, then open your podcast or audiobook app.
- Some apps take exclusive audio focus. If the beat ducks or stops, try pausing and resuming Under FM from the lock screen controls.
- Check that Under FM isn’t muted, and that the system volume / Focus modes aren’t silencing background audio.
Subscriptions & Under FM Pro
- All purchases go through Apple. Manage or cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Already subscribed on this Apple ID? Use Restore Purchases in Profile or on the paywall.
- Refunds are handled by Apple — request one through reportaproblem.apple.com.
Favorites or stats aren’t syncing
- Sync uses your personal iCloud account. Sign into iCloud in Settings and leave iCloud Drive enabled for Under FM if prompted.
- Without iCloud, the app still works — favorites and listening time stay on that device only.
- After signing in, open Under FM once on each device and give sync a moment over Wi‑Fi.
